There is a formal dinning room as well as an outdoor kitchen seating area for 12. The house is equipped with a gourmet kitchen complete with a built-in espresso maker. Each bedroom is fitted with Frette linens and towels and each has an independently-controlled central air system. All interior and exterior spaces are controlled by a central sound system operated by an i-pod docking station located in the main lounge.
The residence is within walking distance to the famous Dorrego Plaza as well as the subway.
Rental Terms & Conditions: - You will be greeted by the local property manager at Check-In to give you the service you deserve. - Check-In time is 2pm, Check-Out time is 10am (Early/Late Times are available for an extra fee). - There is a three (3) night minimum rental period; Property is not suitable for children or pets. - A 50% deposit is due to reserve the dates in demand, balance due upon arrival. - Security Deposit done via Credit Card Authorization (Outlined on the Rental Agreement). - There is a US$100.00 Cancellation Fee (Plus Handling Fees) if you cancel outside 30 days of arrival; Within 30 days of arrival, the entire 50% deposit (Plus Handling Fees) is non-refundable. - US$35.00 Administrative Fee due upon arrival (In Cash Only).
