The house is in two parts. The main house has a ground floor with two very large reception and dining areas. A lounging T.V. (Cinema Style) room to relax in. A big farm house style kitchen and ancillary rooms. The dining room seats 24. All have big windows, mostly double aspect, allowing the south facing sun and light. The two floors above contain 9 double bedrooms, and 8 en suite bathrooms. The courtyard area houses another bedroom & bathroom and a special loft style split level living room / 2 bedrooms with 2 en suite shower rooms with an outdoor bath on the deck. Additionally, the courtyard contains a large spectacular room (11m x 6m) that can be used for functions, conferences, dance, yoga, and table tennis. The adjoining room is a huge but restful snooker room (Full Size Table), library, and flat screen T.V.
