InternationalNest.com (the “Site”, “We”, or “Us”) is a marketing tool that promotes luxurious vacation rental properties in the most desirable areas of the world. The site is a marketing platform and assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the rental transaction between travelers/tenants and their dedicated property owner/manager they have rented from through the site.
InternationalNest.com does not:
- Own any of the properties listed on site.
- Broker or participate in any rental transaction.
- Guarantee the accuracy/description of any listing on the site.
- Assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the rental.
InternationalNest.com strongly suggests that all rental transactions done through the site are solidified with a fully executed rental agreement and that travelers/tenants obtain Travelers Insurance for their trip (http://www.travelguard.com). We are aware that vacation rental scams happen, and encourage users of the site to do everything they can to protect themselves.
A rental agreement should be fully executed with all terms and conditions between the property owner or dedicated manager and traveler/tenant for any rental transaction occurring through this site.
The Rental Agreement should include:
- The deposit summary and transaction costs of the rental payment.
- The Cancellation and Refund policy.
- The standard Check-In & Check-Out Times.
- Any Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Fees.
- All amenities included in the rental and a list of any utilities that may be charged separately.
- Any administrative fees or “Extras” that could be incurred during the rental.
- The Security Deposit and Return policy.
InternationalNest.com does:
- Charge an Annual Listing Fee to advertise a property on the site to the owner or manager responsible for publicizing the listing.
- Reserve the right to edit the listing, including: text, photos, or any other details in the listing for reasons of improving the ascetics of the listing.
- Reserve the right to revoke listing privileges for any reason.
- Not provide an Annual Listing Fee Refund for reasons of property sales, moving back into a property, lack of interest in the property, or any other reason whatsoever.
- Reserve the right to advertise the photos/descriptions listed on the site on our sister sites, newsletters, or any other publications.
- Reserve the right to change or suspend any feature of the site at any time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no way whatsoever will the site be liable for any loss in profit, any damages, or any other expenses relating from a rental transaction by a user of the site (traveler/tenant) and a property owner or manager that has published a listing on the site.
DISCLAIMER:
The site is a marketing platform and all features and functions are provided ‘As-Is’. There is no warranty or guarantee that a listing will receive a specified level of interest. The site is held completely harmless from any and all claims arising from the use of the site from either property owners/managers that have publicized a listing, or travelers/tenants that have made a rental transaction for a property listed on the site.
The laws of the Florida, USA shall govern these terms and conditions.
