Entrance Courtyard: created to provide a further sheltered dining area seating up to 20.
Great Hall: approximately 5m x 3.5m the Great Hall is an impressive double height entrance hall that provides additional entertaining and living space with panoramic sea views across the deck towards Solanas Beach.
Beach Side Deck: an expansive (48m x 30m) deck with plentiful seating around the Infinity Swimming Pool, a fully equipped Parilla - the famous Uruguayan barbeque - with its own covered outdoor dining area; leading down to the private Beach Garden nestled in the dunes and well equipped Children's Playground.
Drawing Room & Television Room: approximately 5m x 3.5m with open fireplace, comfortable sofas, sea views and opening out onto the beach side deck.
Kitchen Breakfast Room: approximately 5m x 3.5m, a very well equipped kitchen equipped with a six-ring range cooker and all modern appliances including television and DVD and featuring a central island table seating eight.
Cloakroom: with toilet, bidet and basin. Outside Showers & Laundry Area.
Dining Room: approximately 5m x 3.5m with sea views and a large round dining table that comfortably seats 10.
Garden Safari Master Suite 5: approximately 5m x 3.8m (as are all the bedrooms) with sea views and its own private deck; 1.6m raised bed with optional single bed. Two single wardrobes with internal drawers, desk/console table, chairs, television and DVD. Ensuite shower room with toilet and basin.

Coral Master Suite 4: with raised bed and optional single bed. Large double wardrobe with chest of drawers, desk/console table, occasional chairs, television and DVD. Ensuite shower room with toilet and basin.

TURRET SUN DECK
Overlooking Solanas Beach the planted Turret Sun Deck has panoramic sea views and is equipped with sun loungers.

RATES & AVAILABILITY
Mid & Low Seasons: We can offer two or three night self-catered weekends from $3,350 and weeks from $5,520
Peak Season: We offer self-catered week bookings from $8,000 per week and month bookings from $32,000.
Rates for monthly or two week rental exclude utility bills. Specific rental rates and periods are available upon request and we welcome Corporate bookings. Fully catered rental with or without live-in maid (rates quoted exclude maid) is available upon request. We accept Bank Transfer or Credit Card payments and our Terms are available upon request.

Concierge Service: We are able to provide a full Concierge service for our guests for an additional fee; including Personal Assistant, Personal Shopper, dinner reservations, club admitance, itinerary planning, car hire, event organisation etc. Please submit a reservation request to discuss your requirments.
